Chocolate Chip Cake Batter Cookies

These are literally the easiest chocolate chip cookies you will ever make! We made them for our sunday school class and they loved em! Also feel free to play with different combos! Some of my favorites are: funfetti cake mix with white chocolate chips or devil's food cake with white chocolate chips! Seriously the possibilities are endless.

Makes: About 2 dozen

1 white cake mix
1/2 vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Empty out the cake mix in a mixing bowl and stir with a spoon to get out all the clumps. Next add the oil, and eggs. Stir until combined. (I usually just use a rubber spatula) Your batter will be pretty thick. Finally add the chocolate chips.

Using a medium sized cookie scoop, place the dough on an ungreased cookie sheet. Cook for 8-10 minutes. (The cookies will be golden brown on the bottom but not on the top when they are done cooking.) Cool and serve!

**To keep these cookies soft place them in an air-tight container or a ziplock bag.
