Spicy Honey BBQ Chicken

This is my new favorite summer BBQ chicken recipe! Make sure and get your grill real hot before throwing these on! {Ty wanted to make sure I threw that tip in there... hes the grilling expert at our house}

Spicy Honey BBQ Chicken
Source: ourbestbites
Serves: 3-4

8 chicken tenderloins
2 tsp vegetable oil
2 tsp granulated onion
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp cumin

1/2 c honey
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Directions: Mix the spices in a bowl until combined. Drizzle oil over the chicken and make sure pieces are evenly coated. Toss the chicken in the spice rub so it is evenly coated.

In a microwavable bowl, heat honey for about 15-20 seconds then add the apple cider vinegar to make a glaze. (Keep the honey out--you're going to need it later)

Grill the chicken for 3-5 minutes on each side. While grilling brush both sides with honey-vinegar glaze.
When the chicken is cooked through, remove from the grill and allow it to rest for a couple minutes so it will be nice and juicy! While you are waiting, {now this is the most important step...} lightly drizzle that delicious chicken with honey. YUM!
