Indoor S'mores

7 c. Golden Graham cereal
5 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. milk chocolate chips
1/4 c. light corn syrup
5 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. miniature marshmallows
Directions: Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add 5 c. marshmallows and stir with a rubber spatula until combined. Next add corn syrup, vanilla, and chocolate chips. Continue stirring until chocolate is completely melted. Remove from heat.
Next toss cereal in marshmallow mixture until evenly coated. Finally add remaining marshmallows. Press into a greased 9x13 inch pan. For thicker squares press into a buttered 9x9 pan. Allow to cool. Cover with cling wrap until ready to serve.
