Guys. So here's the story...
I've tried two different crock pot recipes for Mongolian Beef. Both had great reviews. Both times I failed. Sauce was good. Flavor decent... but the dang beef dries out on me every stinkin' time! Whats my deal?! Seriously aren't crock pots supposed to be foolproof?? Cause it sure isn't working out for me!
Also... this picture has nothing to do with crock pots. But I look pretty sad in it... which is how I felt when I failed at Mongolian beef. Not once. But twice.
